CREWSAVER OPEN POLISH OPTIMIST CHAMPIONSHIP 2011

1. Date and location of event
  The event will take place during 16 - 18.09.2011 on the Kamienski Bay in Kamień Pomorski.

2. Organizing authority
  The organizing authority is :

3. Registration
  Registration will take place in the Regatta Office during:
  15.09.2011r. between. 17.00 - 20.00
  16.09.2011r. between 08.00 - 10.00

4. Entry fee
  The entry fee is PLN 60,-

5. Rules
  The event will be governed according to the rules Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), Polish Yachting Association (PYA), dinghy rules of the National Optimist Class Association (NSKO) and the Sailing Instruction.

6. Event category
  The event will be of grade C category.

7. Registration process:
  - Competitor's insurance
  - Measurement certificate
  - Up-to-date health check
  - Proof of paid entry fee

8. Damage responsibility and insurance.
  All competitors taking part in the event are responsible for themselves.
  The organizing authority does not take responsibility of any personal or material damage not directly caused by it.

9. Sailing instruction
  Participants will receive sailing instructions after they have completed the registration process.

  18.09.2011r.  Sunday  15.30  -  prize-giving ceremony

11. Prizes
  The organizing authority will announce the list of prizes in a separate notice.

12. Measurement
  Each yacht should have a measurement certificate. Additionally, boats will be measured for safety according to dinghy and racing rules.

13. Image right
  Each participant agrees that his image may be used by the organizing authority and sponsors for film and picture purposes during the regatta and in all papers concerning the regatta.

14. Coach and observer boats
  All coach and observer boats must receive permission from the organizing authority.
